:D

All alone tonight im calling out your name Somewhere deep inside this part of you remains Images of love take me back in time I don't know how it started Or why it ever had to end Something stepped inside We didn't let it in It's keeping us apart Where are you now Where are you now Is someone there tonight Holding what was mine Where are you now You wonder where I am Are you really feeling fine Going through my life without you by my side You're the only thing that keeps going through my mind And nothing that I do can take the place of you Where are you now Is someone there tonight holding what was mine Where are you now, do you wonder where I am Are you really feeling fine Ooh thinking about you girl There's gotta be a place for me Somewhere in your heart All alone tonight I'm calling out your name Somewhere deep inside this part of you remains Images of love and where are you now Where are you now Is someone there tonight holding what was mine Where are you now You wonder where I am, I need you here tonight.

I SET YOU FREE BECAUSE I LOVE YOU. . . .

huhuhu.
Some people don’t find love even in a whole lifetime that’s why we forcefully tend to find the right someone in us that could fill up the empty space within us but we r just fo0ling our selves . . . we are just creating a relationship that will end up sooner than we think and eventually, one of you will try to give-up its because your relationship is not already working the way you wanted it to be. . .

I have always believed and still do believe that IF YOU LOVE SOMEONE SET HIM FREE. . for love is like sand. . .The more you try to tighten your grip it will slip away at a greater rate. . .and ultimately you will be left with nothing in your palm except a few grains in the form of memories. . .

LIFE is totally UNFAIR!! !

we usually blame other people when this time comes and start to compare ourselves and get jealous with others not knowing that this could lead us to become vain and bitter for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself

We have the right to “LEAVE SOMEONE . . . but the least we can do is to tell them why . . . because what is even worse and even more painful than being abandoned knows that you are not even worth an EXPLANATION. . . . . .

If 2 people were not meant 4 each other, they will just have to learn and accept the reality without any burdens in their heart and should face each consequences no mater how painful it is. . .and someday they will start to realize that they made the right decision. . .

Its better to set the person free than to see him unhappy if he’s with you. . .because you can never teach his heart to love you the way you wanted it to be. . .forcing your self to be loved by others is just one of the biggest mistakes that a person may do and I’m sad to say that I AM ONE OF THEM. . .

We just have to keep it in mind that LOVE can make you the happiest soul in heaven, but don’t forget that it can also make you the most miserable person in the whole galaxy…

LETTING GO OF SOMEONE YOU LOVE

Sometimes in our relentless effort to find the person we love, we fail to recognize and appreciate the person who loves us. We miss out on so many beautiful things and simply because we allow ourselves to be enslaved by our own selfish concerns.

Go for the man of deeds and not for the man of words. For you will find rewarding happiness not with the man you love but with the man who loves you more. The best lovers are those who are capable of loving from a distance far enough to allow the other person to grow but never too far to feel the love deep within your being.

To let go of someone doesn't mean you have to stop loving, it only means that you allow that person to find his own happiness without expecting him to comeback

Letting go is not just setting the other person free, but it is also setting yourself free from all the bitterness, hatred and anger that you keep in your heart. Do not let the bitterness rare away your strength and weaken your faith and never allow pain to dishearten you but rather let you grow with wisdom in bearing it.

Robredo wake now in MalacaƱang

MANILA, Philippines (UPDATE) - The remains of the late Interior and Local Government Secretary Jesse Robredo arrived in MalacaƱang before noon Friday for a two-day wake.
The plane carrying Robredo landed at the Villamor Airbase in Pasay City at around 10:18 a.m. after leaving the Pili Airport at past 9 a.m. The plane carrying his family and several colleagues and officials arrived earlier.
The late Interior secretary was given arrival honors by the Armed Forces. Wearing black armbands, several Cabinet members and local government officials also waited for the secretary at the airbase.
The hearse carrying Robredo left the Villamor Airbase shortly before 11 a.m.
From Villamor Air Base, Robredo's remains were escorted by the Presidential Security Group (PSG) and the 250th Presidential Airlift Wing as the funeral cortege passed through Andrews Road, Airport Road, Roxas Boulevard, Padre Burgos Street, Finance Road,. Ayala Boulevard, Ayala Bridge and Solano Street.
People also came in droves to see the funeral cortege of the late Interior secretary.
President Aquino led the arrival honors and reception ceremony for the late DILG Secretary. Robredo's funeral cortege arrived at the Palace at 11:17 am.
After the arrival honors, President Aquino had lunch with the Robredo family.
Robredo’s remains are scheduled to lie in state at the Palace's Kalayaan Hall from Friday until Sunday morning when his body will be brought back to Naga.
The Palace noted that this is the first time that a wake will be held at the hall, which was formerly named Maharlika Hall during the Marcos administration. It also decided to hold the wake at the Kalayaan Hall for easier access to the public who will visit Robredo's wake.
Memorial services sponsored by the DILG, attached agencies and the Local Government Leagues; urban poor groups; and the Kaya Natin Movement will be held from 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday following the reception ceremony.
Friday’s public viewing will be held from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. after a mass at 6 p.m.
The public viewing will resume on Saturday at 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A mass will follow at 6 p.m.
Memorial services sponsored by the Liberal Party of the Philippines and Robredo’s fellow cabinet members will then be held from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday.
Robredo back to Naga
Robredo's remains will be brought back to Naga City on Sunday. His wife, Leni, said the late secretary preferred to be cremated and laid to rest in Naga.
The government earlier offered Robredo's family to have the late secretary buried at the Libingan ng mga Bayani.
Robredo died after the Piper Seneca plane that was carrying him crashed into the waters of Masbate last Saturday.
It took divers until Tuesday morning to find his body. The plane crash also killed his two pilot companions, Capt. Jessup Bahinting and Nepalese Kshitiz Chand.
Only Robredo’s aide Jun Abrazado survived the accident.
Robredo is survived by his wife Leni and three daughters Aika, Patricia and Jillian.
State funeral
The funeral committee, in its bulletin no. 6 issued through the Official Gazette, said the incumbent president and vice president, former presidents and vice presidents, the Senate president, the Speaker of the House, national artists, and national scientists are entitled to a state funeral.
The committee said this protocol “is based on the precedence observed by the Philippine government, which closely adheres to the protocol of the government of the United States.”
However, the President, in his capacity as head of state and commander-in-chief, has the prerogative of ordering a state funeral for any citizen who is deemed of sufficient stature to deserve such an honor.
The last state funeral was held on July 4, 2012 for the late National Scientist Perla Santos-Ocampo. The last state funeral for a former President was for the late President Diosdado Macapagal in 1997, the committee said.
The committee added that a state funeral involves the following:
1. Expenses for funeral services are defrayed by the state;
2. A Book of Condolence is opened for dignitaries in the Philippines and in foreign posts of the Philippines.
3. The term lying in state is used, which is a term used for public viewings during state funerals;
4. Arrival, Departure, and Final Military Honors are rendered.

Why I Hate Copied Facebook Statuses

I'm Better Than You - The Anti-Social MediaDo you see updates like this on Facebook?
Every day, thousands of poorly written, copied statuses are posted on Facebook. Copied statuses suffer the worst fate of having no creativity, and they are often ignored. 90% of people won’t post these updates. Post this status and take a stand.
Ugh. I despise those updates.
Way to suck the fun out of Facebook.
I get it that there are causes you support and want to raise awareness about. We all have similar passion for issues that move us. But Facebook, Twitter, or whatever social network gives you the chance to use your own words and creativity to share your experience.
Don’t just parrot the words of others. Use this unique opportunity to change hearts and minds with your story. Why do you believe in this cause? Why should I? What can we do to make a difference besides mindlessly updating our Facebook status that only a limited network will see?
Real change requires real action. Posting to Facebook is a step, but it’s a very minor step towards real change.
So stop copying other people’s crappy statuses, shut your laptop, and get to work making a difference in the things you believe in.
How will you make this crappy world a better place?

PHat? Fat? Old? Whatever :-)

What happens if you stopped working out for almost 3 months & added burgers, fries, and soda to your "merienda" / daily snacks?
The answer? This is what happens. LOL!
My face has become round. My gosh! It used to be square. Hahaha!
Dati kwadrado eh. Hehe!
Well...I am getting older. I mean I'll be 37 this year. It comes with age ;-)
Yeah right! Who am I fooling? I'm just too lazy to exercise.
I have my own humble personal gym at home and yet I was too lazy to workout.

Maybe I should aim to become a stocky huggable bear instead of becoming lean like I used to. It's much easier that way. All I need to do is focus on the chest and arms and not worry about the tummy. I can eat whatever I want. Yehey! ;-)
Really, there are a lot of men out there who chase & hunt stocky bears, I mean my partner has some chasers of his own. Hahaha! Shhhh!!! Don't tell him I said that ;-p
Problem is, I'm not tall. I'm only 5'7" and bears are supposed to be tall. Huhuhu! Grrr!!! :-(
Now I know why the young ones flirting with me in PRomeo call me "daddy." LOL!
Anyway, I'll be back in shape in less than 2 months. Kabisado ko na naman katawan ko eh. The tummy is my problem area. I like my weight now actually, I just want to tone my midsection.
Cardio + Weights + Pilates will do the trick.

This was me back in 2006 teasing the cam in my gym. Yeah, I'm a tease. Got a problem? I hope not. Hehe! I was 31 and was only weighing around 130-135 lbs. I am now close to 150lbs. My stomach was really flat back then. Time really does change everything.
I sometimes miss version 2006 Toyo but we all have to freakin' age. LOL!
Hay naku tumatanda na talaga ako. Kaasar! ;-p
Moving on to another subject. This recent message in PRomeo made my day. Hahaha!

This is what I get for posting numerous shirtless pics in that website.
Napapagkamalan tuloy callboy.
Goodness gracious, great balls of fire! At least may asim pa pala ang inyong abang lingkod. Haha!
I often get such messages like the one above especially when I was much younger.
I just delete them. Although sometimes I'm tempted to ask how much they're gonna offer just so I could find out what my ummm...market value is. Market value??!!! Hahaha!
Is my market value appreciating as I grow older like fine wine or has it depreciated over time?
Hmmm..... LOL!
Dati may nagmessage pa sa akin. 10K daw a month and ibabahay ako. 10K? Kulang yon pang monthly grocery ko no. Tapos nakita ko pa yung background ng room niya sa pic. Mukhang yari lang sa plywood ang dingding, kita yung pako, wala pang pintura, posters ang ginawang wallpaper. Dios Mio!!! Haha! Hay naku!
Oh well, the hassles of being online. A person post shirtless pics of himself and then some people immediately assume that he's some gay-for-pay?
I used get all worked up about what people think about me, but the good thing about getting older...I realized it's really what you think and feel about yourself that's most important :-)
Now if it was Ricky Martin who sent that message....well....
Ricky Martin, I love and lust you!
I promise it'll be worth it from sunrise to sundown.
All for free. All through the night!  Hehehe! ;-)
